New J2ME Project: GPSVoiceTag

I have started to a new J2ME Project: GPSVoiceTag. That is especially for OSM data generation I needed to collect many frequent tags:

  • Restaurants
  • Street names (keeps changing always in Ankara – ridiculous)
  • Building (door) numbers
  • Shops
  • Bus stops
  • Taxi
  • Phone
  • Common WC

so I needed a practical application. Not trekbuddy or mgmaps. I need a
lightweight and voice enabled one, primarily for Rokr E6 Have started
coding (J2ME is relatively new to me – and I got a bir rusty on Java
programming) and applied to sourceforge.net. Waiting for approval for
the project. I’d like to have this one open source (and GPL)

The project is ongoing on SourceForge.
