The ROKR E6 has a 320×240 (QVGA) screen where the QCIF is 176×144.. The aspect ratio does not match..

xCIF is mandatory with the h263 codec.. I know Rokr E6 can play h263.. But any QCIF fornat dıes not look good. The aspect ratio is 1.22 for CIF. The phone screen is 320×240 (QVGA) where the aspect ratio is 1.33. That is why it does not look good. (more…)

Select Menu -> Setup -> Data network
Select Menu -> New
Enter data:
/>> Profile name: TCELL WAP
/>> APN: wap
/>> Username: gprs
/>> Password: gprs
/>> Primary gateway IP: 212.252.234.168
/>> Port: 8080
Other values are to be left as default.
Select Save

Select Menu -> Browser
Select Manu -> Setup -> Profiles
Select Menu -> New
Enter data:
/>> Profile name: TCELL wap
/>> Network link: TCELL WAP

Select Menu -> Setup -> Data network
Select Menu -> New
Enter data:
/>> Profile name: TCELL MMS
/>> APN: mms
/>> Username: mms
/>> Password: mms
/>> Primary gateway IP: 212.252.169.217
/>> Port: 8080
Other values are to be left as default.
Select Save

Select Messages
Select Menu -> Service Setup -> Multimedia Message
Tap to the right of the displayed profile name.
Select Menu -> New
Enter data:
/>> Profile name: turkcell mms
/>> MMSC: http://mms.turkcell.com.tr/servlets/mms
/>> Max Sending Size: 100K
/>> Network Profile: TCELL MMS
Tap Save
Select turkcell internet
Tap Set as Default (goes back to the previous screen)
Leave selections as default
Tap Save.
